Actions have been taken and updates to the control units have been made. The system is now operating normally.

For some users, restarting the app or logging in again on the device may be necessary.

Dear customer,

 

We are currently experiencing disruption in the operation of our control units since 6:51 AM today. Troubleshooting has started, and more information will be continuously updated as we take action.

Update regarding operational status 2023-03-29

All Zpark systems now updated. Activation of the engine heater and charging takes place via app starting at 3 pm today, Wednesday. Some delay may occur during the next 48 hours.

 

Gradual transition to normal use is expected to be completed during this period. If you have already connected the vehicle, you must reactivate charging and the heater via the Zpark app.

 

All outlets have now been updated and are expected to function normally within 48 hours.

In some parks, some delay may occur as they are reconnected and the load momentarily increases. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause

Update on ongoing disturbances 2023-03-28

All systems have been debugged during the current weekend and based on this we have carried out a series of improvement efforts which we are now checking. We expect to gradually begin reconnection via app during the current week. And with this, an SMS will be sent out to all users.

Ongoing disturbances 2023-03-24

We have been experiencing operational disruptions since Thursday night, 24/3 at 01:40. While troubleshooting is in progress, charging and engine heaters are enabled. Start occurs automatically after switching on, but with a certain delay. No activation via app required.
