Download the app
You can find the app on the App Store or Google Play by searching for "Zpark" or press the link if you are on a smartphone.

Create an account
Open the app and type in your phone number. You will then receive a code via SMS which is used to log in.

Make sure the charger is on
If a white light shines above the charging port and the main power switch is turned up, it means the device is ready.
The button marked with T is only for the facility owner and is for testing the RCD.

Connect with a charger
Add a location by tapping the + symbol in the app and then the camera symbol. Then scan the QR code on the device, or enter the location code written under the QR code.

Do you need to pay?
If you need to pay for the use of the unit you will automatically be asked to enter your payment information.

This is how you charge
Plug your charging cable into the type 2 outlet and tap the charger in the app. Activate, check and see the status of your charger here.
The outlet have a short delay before it is activated. This might take a few seconds.
6.2
This is how you heat
Plug in you engine heater cable into the schuko type outlet. Press Heater. Here you can schedule, control and monitor your heating.

NOTE!
Some parks have an access code that is distributed by the facility owner. This code is unique for each park so if it is activated we will refer you to the parking owner.
